OUR HISTORY
Legal Regal Ways was born from a calling God placed in our hearts.
Our founder , having been an immigrant herself, felt the need to create a different kind of organization. One that would provide the assistance and answers she wishes she has when trying to navigate the process of contacting a law firms.
Her vision was born from a desire to help others as she would want to be helped, living out the Golden Rule: "do unto others as you would have them do unto you" Mat. 7:12
Recognizing the growing need for affordable immigration legal services, our founder realized that prayer and community awareness were not enough because if we want a change, we should start acting to be the change.
Guided by Christian principles, we launched this organization with the primary purpose of serving the most vulnerable "the immigrants" with love, sowing a seed of faith, and being a "voice for the voiceless at the trial of all the helpless" Prov. 31:8
We are a 100% Christian organization committed first to God and to serving others with compassion, integrity, and respect.
As a DOJ-Recognized Nonprofit Organization, we provide Immigration Legal Services before USCIS through a DOJ-accredited representative.
We seek to reflect Christ’s love in every interaction because we believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, to have access to trustworthy immigration assistance and because everything we do we must "do it as if for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from God above is coming our reward" Col. 3:23.
Our Services
At Legal Regal Ways, we make every effort to complete and submit our clients’ immigration processes online whenever USCIS provides an online filing option.
As USCIS continues to move toward electronic filing and expand its online services, we strive to follow that same direction encouraging our clients to use the online filing option whenever appropriate for their case since that's often the easiest, fastest, and most cost-effective way for our clients to submit their applications and it saves time, reduces paperwork, eliminates unnecessary travel, and makes it easier for clients to manage their immigration processes.
We use secure and efficient tools to make the process as simple and convenient as possible.

Q: What are your prices?
A: As a provider of affordable Immigration Legal Services, our fees must remain affordable and accessible to low-income individuals. If you're looking for an exact comparison, our fees are generally 25%–35% of what an immigration attorney may charge for comparable services.
Q: Are consultations free?
A: We charge a nominal fee of $50.00 per consultation. If you decide to retain our services, the consultation fee will be credited toward the total fee for your immigration process.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: We can certainly make payment arrangements or offer payment plans based on the client's income and expenses.
Q: Are any of your services free?
A: Yes. We offer pro bono assistance (completely free) in cases of financial hardship and when there is a significant humanitarian need.
Q: The USCIS website has warnings about notarios and paralegals scams. Are you a notario or a paralegal?
A: No. Although we work with certified notaries and paralegals, Legal Regal Ways is a DOJ-recognized organization and our immigration legal services must be provided through a DOJ-accredited representative.
Q: Do you handle immigration court cases?
A: Our recognition allows us to represent clients before USCIS only. Therefore, we cannot appear before an immigration judge or represent clients in immigration court.
However, we can assist clients with immigration benefits that are filed with USCIS, even if they are currently in immigration proceedings. This may include employment authorization renewals, parole applications, TPS, and other immigration benefits available through USCIS.
Q: Do you handle asylum cases?
A: Yes. We handle affirmative asylum cases, which are filed with USCIS. Our representation is limited to matters before USCIS and does not include representation in immigration court.
Q: Do your services include document review before submitting documentation to USCIS?
A: No. We do not offer stand-alone document review. We handle your immigration matter from A to Z, but we do not take over cases that have already been started by someone else, even if the request is only for a simple document review.
Q: Do you offer any other services that the community may not be aware of?
A: Yes. We provide interpretation and translation services for USCIS interviews (with an additional fee), we also provide Remote Online Notary (RON) services and serve clients online in all 50 states, as long as the immigration case or document can be completed online, or the client is willing to cover the mailing costs when the case is paper filed only.
